My grandfather tried to make ends meet in any way he could.
One of his sources of income was to take snapshots of what he found interesting  and turn them into postcards.

The negatives were actually printed on glass plates and luckily for me they survived  years tucked away in my grandparents  attic and a trip on KLM to USA.

This photo seems to be from 1940 or a bit earlier.
The strait dividing Rossö from Rundö
and some picturesque homes in the foreground.
